Cancellation & Refund Policy
1. Cancellation by the Student
* Before Course Commencement: If a student cancels their enrollment 7 days or more before the start date, a full refund will be issued
* Late Cancellation: Cancellations made within 48 to 72 hours
* After Classes Begin: Generally, once a student has attended the first 1 or 2 sessions or accessed online materials (like Tally PDFs), the fees are non-refundable.
2. Cancellation by the Institute
* Technical or Unforeseen Issues: If a class is postponed due to server technical issues or "force majeure" (unavoidable events), the institute will offer a rescheduled date.
* Full Refund: If the institute cancels a course entirely and cannot provide a replacement schedule, students are entitled to a 100% refund of the amount paid.
3. Refund Process
* Written Request: All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email (e.g., to your institute's official email address).
* Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 14 working days.
* Payment Method: Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used during registration.
